IDK if we’re back to picnics or what is happening nowadays with eating outdoors or indoors but I do know that if you are looking for a picnic or grazing spread this is an epic one. I first wrote about Chef Paata many years ago when he had a Georgian cafe in Erksineville and I loved the food. Since then I’ve made a lot more Georgian dishes (Georgia in Europe, not America) and it’s a destination I really want to visit.

He now does these wonderful grazing boxes and they can either be Georgian or Italian or a mix between the two. Every dip is wonderful and I especially loved the Chicken Satsivi (chicken in walnut sauce) with the Adjiba (chilli pepper condiment) or the Badrijani eggplant rolls or the soft and spongey focaccia bread. And if you’re in the Shire he’s local to you and delivers daily!
