I don’t know why I don’t make more free form galettes. They’re neat enough but not overly perfect which really appeals to me. Like people that aren’t too polished or pristine haha.

Anyway I made this with the last punnet of $1.50 strawberries. They’ve gone back up in price but you can use any sort of fruit in a galette-stone fruit is particularly good and we’ve got that season to look forward to. And if you want to make it now pears are amazing in a galette!
