Hello pasta! Last Friday night when it was balmy and warm we decided to try the newest place on the Finger Wharf in Woolloomooloo called Il Pontile by chef Mario Percuoco (son of Buon Ricordo’s Armando Percuoco).
.
This is the Linguine al Cartoccio that is served in a parchment bag-and all I can say is the seafood was so well cooked and that sauce is incredible! We may have over ordered but in my defence I didn’t realise that the pastas were really ideal for two people haha.
.
Swipe to see the sfogliatelle which may not be available for that much longer while they develop the dessert menu. Which will make me sad because it’s so good I couldn’t stop thinking about it (my life is pastry, cheese and pasta). 😍
